From the moment I called to schedule my puppy’s procedure to the moment he and his sibling were able to go home, the staff members were genuinely kind and caring towards the puppies. They recognized the needs of the puppies and did what they could to ensure the puppies were safe and less scared during their stay at the hospital. The physician who performed the procedure called personally and clearly explained what I needed to know. The facility is clean, with no strong odors, and easy to get in and out of with off street parking. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
My dog was having a medical emergency and we needed to get him seen rather quickly. Not only did Ellicott Street get us in immediately, they took great care of him!! They pin pointed the problem out right away and treated him. We are very grateful for the care we received and that our dog made a full recovery. They also called the next day and followed up with us as well!! Highly recommended for fast, and passionate care!
This was my initial visit with my little guy. He is going to be 14 and I discovered a mass on his gums. Dr. N was awesome and patient with my questions (no pun intended!). I am so happy that I found a vet like her. She listens and offers suggestions. She explains all of the options. I feel better knowing that I have someone that I can trust with him, as I am new to Buffalo and I care about how he fares as he gets older. BTW - we are going to monitor the mass to see if it grows, and take it from there. Thanks you, Dr. N!!!
We always have a totally positive experience at ESAH! Everyone at the practice is kind, friendly and helpful. We don't always see the same DVM, but they're all wonderful so it really doesn't matter. Easy appointment scheduling and messaging with the PetDesk app. The facility is clean and spacious with easy, dedicated, no-hassle parking available on the property. This is a great place to take your furbabies for care you can trust!!
I cannot say enough good things about the staff here! I have been bringing my pets here for about 7 years and while there have been many highs and lows (as there are in the life of pets) I can say that I have always felt the compassion and care displayed by all staff I have encountered. The reason I first came here 7 years ago was on a recommendation from a friend. Ellicott Street Animal Hospital was considerably less expensive than another local vet for a spay surgery.
