In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment be made at the time services are provided. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

CareCredit: When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Ellicott Street Animal Hospital understands this and accepts payment through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com/apply.
Pet Insurance
If you need assistance in paying for your pet’s health care, we suggest looking into Pet Insurance. With pet insurance, you can still choose any veterinarian for your pet’s care. This is because you pay the veterinarian upfront, and then are reimbursed by the insurance company after filing a claim. Pet Health Insurance is not only an option, it can be a life-saver. We recommend Trupanion Pet Health Insurance to our clients, however, there are many options for pet insurance out there.
